Please note that altering or removing orange tips may be
illegal in some cities or states. Also note that altering or removing
orange tips will void the manufacture warranty. Painting
guns, modifying guns, cutting parts etc also will void the manufactures
warranty. We suggest waiting until your warranty runs out to alter any
gun but please know you should NEVER remove the orange tips.
We currently take Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, Paypal , Western
Union and direct bank wire transfers. We also take money orders and
cashiers checks but require that you fax or email a clear copy of your
I.D. or drivers license for age verification purposes.
We do not take American
Express credit cards at this time.
We will only ship to confirmed shipping addresses. A confirmed shipping
address would be the one you have on file with your credit card
company, your bank or with Paypal. We are unable to ship to alternative
addresses unless you call your card issuer, bank or Paypal and add the
intended address to your account as a confirmed shipping address.
Please note that we require a valid phone number to process ALL orders.
Without a valid phone number we will be unable to complete your order
or to contact you to tell you if there is an issue with your order.
Order Processing And Shipment
All in-stock orders may require 1 to 3 days to process and ship
regardless of what shipping method you choose. This means if you place
an order on say Monday, using UPS Overnight Express, you will most
likely not receive your order on Tuesday. All orders are handled on a
first some first serve basis. It would be unfair to customers who had
orders in first to bump there orders to the back of the line just
because someone else paid for express shipping. Please note that
because of fluctuating supplies and frequent wholesaler US
Customs delays, pre-order and out of stock items will take longer to
process. We try to have most in-stock orders shipped within 24 to 72
hours NOT counting weekends and holidays.
General Shipping Information
We normally used UPS Grounds for shipping most items inside the U.S.A.
We may however opt use U.S.P.S. Priority or First Class mail IF your
item is one (1) pound or less in weight and or has a value of less then
$100.00 dollars. We may also allow use of USPS, FedEx or DHL on request.
At one point we tried to keep track of various laws regarding where we
could and couldn't ship Airsoft guns. Frankly, this has become too
to do with all the varios state, city and country restrictions popping
up over the years. Basiclly it's up to YOU the customer to know your
local laws and restrictions before you order. We will not be
responsible if your order is seized because you didn't check the local
laws first. You also agree that if your items are seized, you are not
owed replacements or refunds. If you are unsure about your local laws,
we suggest you find out prior to ordering.
Empire Airsoft does offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 dollars
but with various limitations and terms. We normally pick the cheapest
shipping method available to us which is normally also the slowest
method and there is no tracking or insurance coverage. We will be able
to provide proof of shipping if necessary but if your package is lost,
stolen or damaged in shipping because you have chosen to go with the
free shipping, we will not be able to send a replacement order or issue
a refund. If you do not like the terms of our free shipping agreement,
please choose one of our pay shipping options such as UPS or USPS. All
pay shipping options include tracking and full insurance coverage.
Note that free shipping
is unavailable for bulk bags or BB ammo due to size and weight and
Systema PTW guns due to value. This only applies to PTW guns
themselves, not the parts or accessories.
Please do not call and ask us for tracking numbers, especially right
after you've placed your order. We cannot give out tracking numbers
because some people try to change the address we've shipped to which
a.) costs us $7.50, and b.) can circumvent the safety
measures we've taken to make sure we've shipped to the billing
on your credit card. This is a big enough problem that both our credit
card processor and UPS have warned us not to give tracking numbers out.
If your package is late (more than 2-3 days) e-mail us and we will
track the package for you. If you call, often we can not drop
everything and look up the invoice, look up the tracking number and
track it all while you are on hold. We will take your information and
call you back. Best is to e-mail the request and we will get back with
you asap. Again we will gladly help each customer locate there package
is any issues do happen to come up. We never just leave our customers
Cancellations, Restocks And Refunds
All order cancellations must be done over the phone. NO EMAILS! NO
EXCEPTION! If you need to cancel an order, please call us ASAP at (269)
382-1900. We have had people that have requested to cancel orders via
e-mail and for whatever reason we did not receive them or they were not
received in time and the orders were shipped and then a full refund was
still expected. If you call to cancel, there can be no question if the
request was received or not.
Orders may be canceled without penalty up until the time they ship.
Once an order has left out warehouse a 20% restock fee will be charged
if the order is returned to us. Returned orders must be refused at the
door and returned unopened. Once you take receipt of the package, it is
no longer returnable for a refund unless for warranty reasons at which
time your items will be replaced with the same thing you ordered.
This policy does not apply to special order items or Systema PTW guns.
Once ordered, a restock fee is charged even if the item has not shipped
*IF* we have already ordered your items from the factory. If you do
place a special order and happen to change your mind you need to
contact us by phone ASAP before we order. If you can catch us before we
pay out of pocket to order your special order items, we will allow you
to cancel with no penalty.
The only exceptions made to these policies are if Empire Airsoft or one
of it's staff members makes a mistake. For example, if we ship the
wrong items. If something like that happens, we will make it right
obviously at our cost.
International Order Policy
At this time Empire Airsoft is accepting International orders. However
we ONLY accept bank wire transfers and Western Union for such orders.
Unfortunately we are unable to verify most credit cards, bank cards and
Paypal accounts outside of the USA. Sorry, this is the way it has to
be, no exceptions. Due to the difficulty of refunding international
orders, all international sales are final.

We are currently able to take credit cards, debit cards and Paypal from
customers living in Canada and the UK as long as you have a verified
shipping address. However we will only ship guns that are paid for via
bank wire or Western Union. Basically, you can order parts, magazines,
accessories, etc with your credit card, debit card and Paypal, just NOT
the guns themselves.
Our Policy, Short And To The Point
In short, ALL SALES ARE FINAL other then items damaged in shipping.
Even the Airsoft products we offer that do have warranties do have
terms and limits as to how long the warranty is valid. We can only
provide what warranty the manufactures and importers are willing to
provide us. We are simply a retailer and unfortunately that is the
nature of Airsoft. Airsoft guns are like real high end firearms or
luxury sports cars. Remember, you get what you pay for and not all
Airsoft guns are created
Empire Airsoft tries hard to keep its webpage up to date but we do have
two retail stores that draw inventory from our warehouse too. This
being said, sometimes things do sell in our retail stores and we are
unable to update our quantities as fast was we would like. If you order
something that turns out to be out of stock, we apologies and we will
contact you as soon as possible with options.
Empire Airsoft reserves the right to change prices
without notice and we also reserve the right to cancel any order we
choose not to accept in such cases as a mistake to our webpage. If we
have made a pricing error we will not bill your credit card without
contact you first. If you have paid via Paypal a refund will be issued
a.s.a.p. and we will then contact you with options to place your order.
