Empire Airsoft specializes in Systema PTW repair and customization but
we can repair
pretty much anything. We service most standard types of Airsoft guns
such as Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, G&P, G&G and so on.
We can service lower end guns such as ECHO 1, UTG, JG, JLS, etc also
but please consult with us before sending them in. Some times its
cheaper to buy a new gun then to repair a clone.
Not only does Empire Airsoft repair but we can also upgrade and add
that special custom touch. Power upgrades, external rails or other body
kits, we can do it all.
This does not include any parts or incidentals used during the repair
or upgrade process. Customer responsible for all return shipping fee's.

Please note Empire
Airsoft does not half ass repair or upgrade work. Do not send us your
ECHO 1 or Tokyo Marui AEG asking us to install an M120 spring and set
of metal bushings. This is a recipe for disaster. There is a right way
to upgrade a gun and a wrong way. We try to avoid situations where a
week later we might potentially have a customer on some Airsoft forum
complaining how the gun Empire Airsoft upgraded broke and we suck. Do
it right the first time and save yourself money and head aches or take
it else where. I'm sure everyone can understand this. We value our
reputation and do not wish to see it tarnished by a customer willing to
cut corners on his gun.
When spending or bringing your gun into Empire Airsoft for repair,
please note we will NOT be resonsible for lost extra items. For
example, when you bring in your gun, unless it's part of the problem do
not bring in extra magazines, scopes, rail attachment accessories etc.
What it really comes down to is that we can't keep track of a bunch of
extra un-needed parts and accessories so please, don't bring them in. |
