This Systema PTW Cylinder Unit is for the new PTW5 A4 Professional Training Weapon System. This cylinder will NOT work in the M16,  M4 or CQBR series of training weapons.

Rates of fire are roughly the same for the PTW5 A4 as the M16/M4 series cylinders.
