| I think we are finally added to all the white lists but from time to
time email sent from our server does not reach our customers if they
use free web based email services such as AOL, Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail
etc. Seems 99% of the time our email is sitting in your spam box so if
you do not receive any replies or the normal automated email responses
such as account activation codes, check your spam and add us to your
safe list. If you are still having issues, please contact us via phone
or try another email address such as the one your Internet service
provider has given you. Please note that AOL is currently blocking our outgoing email to our customers. You can email us, but we will be unable to return your email. We wont be able to reply to questions, give order update etc. Please use an email host other then AOL. Also to you Yahoo users, please make sure to add us to your safe list or the emails we send may go to your junk email folder. |
